Ms. No. 2029\nGOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH\nPorts Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh\nAmaravati, dated the 27th May, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The keeping of a cattle pound by owners of a cattle pound under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Panchayat Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a cattle pound carrying on the keeping of a cattle pound shall furnish Form 2 to the Panchayat Samiti within fourteen days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a cattle pound carrying on the keeping of a cattle pound shall make an application in Form 2 to the Panchayat Samiti within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a cattle pound is undertaken, and the Panchayat Samiti shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.\n4.
