In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a rice mill in a village carrying on the running of a rice mill in a village shall furnish Form 6 to the Gram Sabha within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a rice mill in a village carrying on the running of a rice mill in a village shall make an application in Form 6 to the Gram Sabha within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a rice mill in a village is undertaken, and the Gram Sabha shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
