Ms. No. 293\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nFinance Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 25th February, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall furnish Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within sixty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of allotted surplus land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
