Ms. No. 2307\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nFinance Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 10th June, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The sinking of a well on Government land by owners of a well on Government land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall furnish Form 1 to the Tahsildar within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Tahsildar within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sinking of a well on Government land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
