Ms. No. 2887\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nFinance Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 20th March, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form 3 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form 3 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
