Ms. No. 221\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nHousing Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 13th January, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of land by landholders under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 3 to the State Government within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 3 to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
