In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Inland Vessels, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers carrying on the recruitment of seafarers shall furnish Form 6 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers carrying on the recruitment of seafarers shall make an application in Form 6 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the recruitment of seafarers is undertaken, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
