Ms. No. 2459\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nRevenue Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 18th April, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall furnish Form C to the Government of Telangana within sixty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Telangana within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the governance of a sport is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
