In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall furnish Form B to the Board within one hundred and eighty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall make an application in Form B to the Board within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a religious fair is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.\n4.
