In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and eighty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.\n4.
