In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall furnish Form F to the Board of Secondary Education within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall make an application in Form F to the Board of Secondary Education within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the imparting of education through open learning is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
