In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall furnish Form D to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within one hundred and twenty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a hostel is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.\n4.
