In the circumstances reported by the Village Development Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall furnish Form 8 to the District Panchayat within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall make an application in Form 8 to the District Panchayat within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which fishing in a village tank is undertaken, and the District Panchayat shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
