In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall furnish Form C to the Agency within one hundred and twenty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application in Form C to the Agency within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a swimming pool is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.\n4.
