Ms. No. 121\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nHome Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 4th July, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form H to the State Sports Council within twenty-one days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form H to the State Sports Council within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.\n4.
