Ms. No. 3582\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nFinance Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 4th June, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 3 to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and eighty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 3 to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.\n4.
