In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 5 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 5 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
