In the circumstances reported by the Branch Manager, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every self-employed person carrying on the carrying on of a self-employed occupation shall furnish Form 1 to the appropriate Government within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every self-employed person carrying on the carrying on of a self-employed occupation shall make an application in Form 1 to the appropriate Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a self-employed occupation is undertaken, and the appropriate Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
