In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall furnish Form 6 to the Gram Panchayat within twenty-one days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 6 to the Gram Panchayat within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brick kiln in a village is undertaken, and the Gram Panchayat shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.\n4.
