Ms. No. 2090\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nLaw Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 4th January, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The organisation of sport by sports bodies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall furnish Form C to the Sports Authority within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the organisation of sport is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
