Ms. No. 2639\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nLaw Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 21st August, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 7 to the Tahsildar within thirty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 7 to the Tahsildar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.\n4.
