In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall furnish Form II to the Commission within sixty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application in Form II to the Commission within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a child care institution is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
