In the circumstances reported by the registering authority, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall furnish Form 23 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall make an application in Form 23 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of a transport vehicle is undertaken, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.\n4.
