Act, 1982, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the commanding officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall furnish Form C to the Cantonment Board within seven days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form C to the Cantonment Board within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Cantonment Board shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.\n4.
