Ms. No. 3207\nGOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA\nMines and Geology Department, Government of Telangana\nHyderabad, dated the 3rd May, 2026\nGOVERNMENT ORDER\nSubject: The holding of land by holders of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.\n\n1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Collector within thirty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Collector within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.\n4.
