In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form A to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form A to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.\n4.
