In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every placement agency carrying on the placement of domestic workers shall furnish Form I to the District Magistrate within seven days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every placement agency carrying on the placement of domestic workers shall make an application in Form I to the District Magistrate within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the placement of domestic workers is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.\n4.
