In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 12 to the State Government within ninety days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
