References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the cultivation of land as tenant by tenants.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 3 to the Board of Revenue within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Naib Tahsildar shall ensure that khasra is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Board of Revenue within fifteen days.\n4.
