References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building by owners of a high-rise building.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a high-rise building carrying on the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building shall make an application in Form E to the National Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The District Collector shall ensure that relief material is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Authority within fifteen days.\n4.
