References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 2 to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Deputy Tahsildar shall ensure that certificate of occupancy is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days.\n4.
