References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 7 to the State Government within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Village Accountant shall ensure that record of rights is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Government within one hundred and eighty days.\n4.
