References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a fuel station by operators of a fuel station.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a fuel station carrying on the running of a fuel station shall make an application in Form B to the Director of Fire Services within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The District Collector shall ensure that relief material is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Director of Fire Services within sixty days.\n4.
