References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use by person converting agricultural lands.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every person converting agricultural land carrying on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use shall make an application in Form 5 to the Tahsildar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.\n3. The Village Accountant shall ensure that land revenue receipt is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Tahsildar within thirty days.\n4.
