References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the execution of electrical installation work by electrical contractors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application in Form III to the Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of electrical installation work is undertaken, and the Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.\n4.
