References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form D to the Board within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.\n3. The Insecticide Inspector shall ensure that sample is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Board within seven days.\n4.
