References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the occupation of land by occupants.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Surveyor shall ensure that khasra is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.\n4.
