Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Audit Officer shall ensure that bill is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days.\n4.
