Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form E to the Rent Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Rent Controller shall ensure that apartment is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Rent Controller within thirty days.\n4.
