References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the fire safety of a place of public assembly by owners of a place of public assembly.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application in Form H to the Civil Defence Controller within three days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The District Collector shall ensure that shelter is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Civil Defence Controller within three days.\n4.
