References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the collection of Panchayat taxes by collectors of a Panchayat tax.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every collector of a Panchayat tax carrying on the collection of Panchayat taxes shall make an application in Form 3 to the Panchayat Samiti within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. The Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad shall ensure that work order is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Panchayat Samiti within fourteen days.\n4.
