References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the raising of plants in a nursery by nursery growers.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Agriculture within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Agricultural Officer shall ensure that licence is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Director of Agriculture within thirty days.\n4.
