References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a cold storage by operators of a cold storage.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a cold storage carrying on the running of a cold storage shall make an application in Form E to the Insecticides Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Agricultural Officer shall ensure that sample is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Insecticides Board within sixty days.\n4.
