References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the safety of a school building by owners of a school building.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form G to the State Executive Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Civil Defence Officer shall ensure that stock is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Executive Committee within sixty days.\n4.
