References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Surveyor shall ensure that khasra is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within ninety days.\n4.
