References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to membership of a society by members.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every member carrying on membership of a society shall make an application in Form A to the Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Plant Protection Officer shall ensure that licence is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Board within ninety days.\n4.
