References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a fuel station by operators of a fuel station.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a fuel station carrying on the running of a fuel station shall make an application in Form C to the Civil Defence Controller within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Station Fire Officer shall ensure that stock is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Civil Defence Controller within forty-five days.\n4.
