Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form B to the Rent Controller within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.\n3. The Deputy Registrar shall ensure that occupancy certificate is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Rent Controller within one hundred and eighty days.\n4.
