References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the wholesale vend of liquor by wholesale vendors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application in Form D to the Commissioner within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.\n3. The Excise Inspector shall ensure that permit is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Commissioner within forty-five days.\n4.
