References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the keeping of a cattle pound by owners of a cattle pound.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a cattle pound carrying on the keeping of a cattle pound shall make an application in Form 6 to the Gram Sabha within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. The Secretary of the Gram Panchayat shall ensure that work order is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Gram Sabha within thirty days.\n4.
